What we collect
Only what you type into the appointment request form: your name, phone number, the department you need, your preferred date and any message. We collect it only when you choose to send a request.
Why we collect it
To contact you and arrange your appointment. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
How your request reaches us
The form opens WhatsApp or your email app with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp and your email provider have their own privacy practices.
Please keep medical details out of the form
Do not put symptoms, diagnoses or test results in the form or in your message. Share them with our staff in person.
Other services on this website
The map is provided by Google Maps and the fonts by Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and device details when a page loads. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our welcome message uses temporary browser storage only so that it is not shown twice in one visit.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to deal with your request and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
